LEAF PRINTS
Materials: Fall leaves, red, yellow and orange paint, brushes, black construction paper, a few back issues of old newspapers

Arrange leaves on pieces of newspaper and paint the top of each leaf with all three colours of paint. Lay a piece of black construction paper on top of painted leaves and press down. Carefully remove black paper and see your leaf prints!

COB PAINTING
Materials: Dried corn cobs, paper, tempera paint, long meat trays, paper towels.

Fold a paper towel in half and lay on meat tray. Pour on some liquid tempera paint. Repeat and use different colours. Roll dried corn cobs on paint pads. Then roll cobs across plain paper. Experiment with patterns, colours, and designs.
